All products on mensview.eu are made to order.

If the product has manufacturing defect and should you wish to return an item to mensview, you may send it back for store credit or item exchange. mensview is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not offer refunds. In order to receive your store credit, we must receive the item(s) within 14 days upon receiving your products. Once we have received your package, email notification of your exchange or credit will be processed.

All tags must be intact and the item unworn or unused. If there are any signs of use we will not be able to accept the return, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Due to the delicate nature of any kind of lingerie, we cannot accept returns on those items. Wear, snags, tears, fading and shrinkage are not considered defects, but effects of normal wear.
